contact dermatitis is a rare non-eczematous contact reaction which must be
properly diagnosed and treated. Herein a case of pigmented dermatitis caused by
cosmetic product is described. The different etiological factors as well as the
diagnostic and therapeutic approach are discussed.

Summary: The term "vasculitis" or "arteritis" refers to diseases with diverse localization and clinico-pathological features, including destruction of blood vessels. The respiratory system is affected by many primary systemic vasculitis such as necrotizing granulomatous arteritis, also known as Wegener's granulomatosis. This is a rare disease with nonspecific clinical picture, which often creates differential-diagnostic difficulties, particularly in children. The purpose of this presentation is to discuss difficulties in the diagnosis of systemic necrotizing granulomatous arteritis (SNGrAr) in a 14-year-old boy.
