CLINICAL CASE OF RIGHT SIDED PULMONARY HYPOPLASIA IN A 10-YEAR-OLD CHILD

Summary: Presented is a case of a 10-year-old boy with a right sided pulmonary hypoplasia. The disease was accidentally diagnosed during pneumonia. All necessary investigations to prove the diagnosis were performed. Discussed are frequency of this disease and behavior in isolated right sided pulmonary hypoplasia.

PIGMENTED COSMETIC DERMATITIS – CASE REPORT AND REVIEW OF THE LITERATURE

Summary: Pigmented contact dermatitis is a rare non-eczematous contact reaction which must be properly diagnosed and treated. Herein a case of pigmented dermatitis caused by cosmetic product is described. The different etiological factors as well as the diagnostic and therapeutic approach are discussed.

SYSTEMIC NECROTIZING GRANULOMATOUS ARTERITIS – A CASE OF A CHILD

Summary: The term "vasculitis" or "arteritis" refers to diseases with diverse localization and clinico-pathological features, including destruction of blood vessels. The respiratory system is affected by many primary systemic vasculitis such as necrotizing granulomatous arteritis, also known as Wegener's granulomatosis. This is a rare disease with nonspecific clinical picture, which often creates differential-diagnostic difficulties, particularly in children. The purpose of this presentation is to discuss difficulties in the diagnosis of systemic necrotizing granulomatous arteritis (SNGrAr) in a 14-year-old boy.
